Registration and Payment

• Booking: When you book a course or membership through our booking system, the registration is binding.
• Payment: Payment is made via card payment or MobilePay at booking. We use secure payment solutions, so your data is in safe hands.
• Payment plans: We offer payment plans on selected courses. Contact us to learn more.
• Prices: All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are either VAT-exempt or include VAT.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation before course start: If you cancel more than 14 days before the course starts, we refund the full amount.
• Cancellation 7-14 days before: We refund 50% of the course price or offer rebooking to the next class.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before: Unfortunately no refund, but we offer rebooking to the next class whenever possible, so your money isn't wasted. We'd much rather see you continue on your musical journey.
• No-show: If you don't show up for class, the amount is not refunded. We'll miss you, but the money stays with us.

If We Cancel

Sometimes things happen. Instructor gets sick, power goes out, aliens land (okay, the last one is probably unlikely).

• Cancelled lesson: We'll find a new date or refund that particular lesson.
• Cancelled course: We refund the full amount or offer rebooking to the next class – your choice.
• Too few registrations: We reserve the right to cancel classes with too few participants. We'll notify you at least 5 days before course start with a full refund.

Copyright and Materials

All teaching materials, videos, and resources you get access to as part of the course are protected by copyright and may only be used for personal learning.

You may not share, sell, or distribute the material without our permission. On the other hand, you're more than welcome to make bangers with what you learn – that's the whole point! 🎹

Liability

• We do our best to deliver high-quality teaching, but we don't guarantee that you'll become the next Skrillex (though we believe in you!).
• Rumkraft is not responsible for personal belongings you bring to the studio. Keep an eye on your stuff – and your coffee.
• We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages in connection with courses or memberships.

Personal Data & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. The short version:

• • We only store what we need (name, email, phone, payment info)
• • We may store technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes
• • We don't sell your data to third parties. But Google and Meta do it behind your back, in case you didn't know. We're working on getting rid of Google Analytics and Meta entirely.
• • You can always request your information to be deleted or corrected
• • We only send newsletters if you've signed up for them

Data Processors

We use the following third-party services to run our school and website:

• • Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog (site improvement)
• • Marketing: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (relevant ads)
• • Payment: Stripe (secure payment processing)
• • Newsletter: Mautic (self-hosted in the EU, email communication)
• • Reviews: Trustpilot

Legal Basis

• • Consent: Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated when you accept them via our cookie banner
• • Contract: We process your data to deliver the courses and services you've purchased
• • Legitimate interest: Technical data like IP addresses for security and fraud prevention

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be decided by the Danish courts with Copenhagen City Court as the venue.
